From manual deploys to a governed, automated path to production — built with your engineers, not around them.
We design and implement your CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, environments and release controls on AWS, Azure or GCP, then hand over a platform your team can run and extend.
Shipping is slow because the path to production is a person.
- Releases happen on Friday nights because one engineer knows the sequence.
- Environments drift; what works in staging fails in production for reasons nobody can reproduce.
- Security and compliance reviews happen after the release, when fixing anything is expensive.
What the engagement includes
Delivery assessment
Current pipeline, environments, branching and release practice mapped; target state agreed with your engineers.
Infrastructure as code
Environments defined in Terraform, Bicep or CloudFormation, versioned and reviewable.
CI/CD pipelines
Build, test, scan and deploy pipelines in GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps or AWS CodePipeline.
Environment strategy
Ephemeral review environments, staging parity, promotion gates and rollback paths.
Security & compliance gates
Dependency, secret and container scanning; policy-as-code; audit trail of every release.
Runbooks & enablement
Operational runbooks, on-call guidance and paired sessions so the platform is owned by your team.
How it works
Apply & scope
We confirm the cloud, the repositories in scope and the target state.
Weeks 1–2: Assess & design
Delivery assessment, target architecture, backlog.
Weeks 3–9: Build
IaC, pipelines, environments and gates built incrementally with your engineers.
Weeks 10–12: Harden & hand over
Security gates, runbooks, enablement, handover.
Who this is for
- Engineering teams of 5–50 with a product in production and a manual or fragile release process
- Companies moving to the cloud who want the delivery platform built right the first time
- CTOs who need release frequency up and change failure rate down, with an audit trail

Cloud DevOps Pipeline Buildout
Scoped in writing before anything is invoiced. No checkout at this level — apply first so we can confirm fit and timing.
What happens after you apply
We review every application personally, reply with a straight yes / no / not-yet, and book a 30-minute scoping call if it is a fit.
Questions, answered
Which tools do you use?
Those your team will maintain. Typically GitHub Actions or GitLab CI, Terraform, and the native services of your cloud. We avoid introducing tooling that requires us to stay.
Will you work inside our repositories?
Yes. Everything is delivered as pull requests into your repositories, reviewed by your engineers.
Can this include Kubernetes?
Yes, where it is justified. Where it is not, we will recommend the simpler managed option and explain why.
How is the fee paid?
Fixed fee, invoiced 40% at kickoff, 30% at pipeline acceptance and 30% at handover.
A path to production your whole team can use — and audit.
Apply for a scoping call and tell us how a release happens today.
