AI Readiness Assessment (Agentflow)
A scored, practical assessment of whether your data, systems, team and processes are ready for AI agents, and which one or two use cases are worth piloting first.
The problem this solves
Most AI pilots fail for unglamorous reasons: the data the agent needs is scattered, nobody owns the process, or security has not signed off. This assessment scores those factors honestly and gives you a short list of use cases that are realistic for your organization now.
The assessment is deliberately small and fast. It is designed to give you an honest answer before you spend tens of thousands on a build, and to identify the specific data, process or governance gaps that would sink a pilot. In some cases the right answer is to wait and fix those gaps first; when that is the case the report says so plainly and lists what to fix, in order, so the next decision is easier.
Who it is for
- Owners and operators being pushed to 'do something with AI'
- Teams that have tried chat tools but have not automated real work yet
- IT leads who need a sober view of data and security readiness
- Organizations considering an agent build and wanting to de-risk it first
Not the right fit if
- You want a demo of the latest model
- You have already scoped an agent build and only need implementation

What we need from you

- Examples of the real work or documents the AI will handle
- Your current AI tool usage, approved or not
- Security, privacy and data-handling requirements
- Time from process owners to review outputs before go-live
How Gridwise works
Written scope before work starts. Every engagement begins with a written scope, deliverables list and fixed price or monthly fee. Nothing is billed outside that scope without your written approval.
Vendor-neutral advice. Gridwise does not take commissions from hardware, carrier, cloud or software vendors, so recommendations follow your requirements rather than a sales target.
You own the outputs. Designs, configurations, documentation and code produced for you are yours to keep and use with any provider.
Honest about where we are. Gridwise Technology is a newly launched practice. We do not publish testimonials, client logos or case studies, and we will not invent them. What we offer instead is a clear process, written acceptance criteria and documented results for your own environment.
What happens after you apply
Your application goes straight to the Gridwise team, not to a sales queue. Within one business day we reply by email with either a short list of clarifying questions or a proposal for a scoping conversation. If the engagement looks like a fit, we send a written scope that lists the work, the deliverables, the timeline, the fixed price or monthly fee, and the assumptions it depends on. Nothing starts and nothing is billed until you have reviewed and approved that document. If we are not the right partner for what you need, we will say so plainly and, where we can, point you toward a better option.
