AI Agent Buildout Sprint (Agentflow)
A fixed-scope sprint that takes one or more AI agents from audit to production: audit, design, build, deploy and handoff, with evaluation and human oversight built in.
The problem this solves
Agent demos are easy; agents that run reliably on real work are not. They need clean integrations, clear boundaries, evaluation against real cases and a person in the loop where judgement matters. This sprint is structured around those requirements from the first day.
Who it is for
- Teams with a repetitive, rules-heavy workflow that eats staff hours
- Organizations that completed the AI Readiness Assessment and have a ready use case
- Operations leaders who want automation that works with existing systems
- IT teams that need agents built with logging, permissions and fail-safes
Not the right fit if
- You do not yet have a defined workflow to automate
- You want a general chatbot for your website

How pricing works
The tier and fixed price are agreed after the audit and before build begins. Model usage, hosting and third-party API costs are billed by those providers. Projects of $15,000 and above are invoiced, not charged by card.
Frequently asked questions
Why a price range?
Effort depends on the number of agents, integrations and exceptions. The audit sets a fixed price within the range before any build work.
What if accuracy is not good enough?
Acceptance thresholds are agreed in the design phase; the agent does not go to production until it meets them on the evaluation set.
Will agents act without approval?
Only where you agree they should. Approval points are part of the design.
Can I see agents you've built for others?
Gridwise is a newly launched practice and does not publish client work. The evaluation results on your own cases are the proof.
What happens after handoff?
You can run the agents yourself or add Managed AI Operations.

What we need from you
- An executive sponsor and the owners of the processes in scope
- Examples of the real work or documents the AI will handle
- Your current AI tool usage, approved or not
- Security, privacy and data-handling requirements
- Time from process owners to review outputs before go-live
How Gridwise works
Written scope before work starts. Every engagement begins with a written scope, deliverables list and fixed price or monthly fee. Nothing is billed outside that scope without your written approval.
Vendor-neutral advice. Gridwise does not take commissions from hardware, carrier, cloud or software vendors, so recommendations follow your requirements rather than a sales target.
You own the outputs. Designs, configurations, documentation and code produced for you are yours to keep and use with any provider.
Honest about where we are. Gridwise Technology is a newly launched practice. We do not publish testimonials, client logos or case studies, and we will not invent them. What we offer instead is a clear process, written acceptance criteria and documented results for your own environment.
What happens after you apply
Your application goes straight to the Gridwise team, not to a sales queue. Within one business day we reply by email with either a short list of clarifying questions or a proposal for a scoping conversation. If the engagement looks like a fit, we send a written scope that lists the work, the deliverables, the timeline, the fixed price or monthly fee, and the assumptions it depends on. Nothing starts and nothing is billed until you have reviewed and approved that document. If we are not the right partner for what you need, we will say so plainly and, where we can, point you toward a better option.
