Managed Cloud & Network Operations
Ongoing operations for your cloud and network estate: monitoring, capacity, cost governance and change management, run to a defined service level and reported every month.
The problem this solves
Cloud and network environments drift. Unused resources accumulate, costs creep, patches lag and changes get made without records. Managed operations gives the estate an owner, a change process and a monthly view of health, capacity and spend.
Who it is for
- Organizations that have migrated to cloud but have no one owning day-to-day operations
- Teams completing a modernization project that want it run properly afterwards
- Businesses with rising cloud bills and no cost governance
- IT leaders who want one accountable partner for both cloud and network
Not the right fit if
- You need end-user desktop support
- You want a one-off fix rather than ongoing operations (see the Health Remediation Package)

Choosing a tier
The tier is chosen with you at onboarding based on account count, sites, hours of coverage and compliance needs. Cloud provider charges, licences and new project work are outside the monthly fee. Exact response targets and minimum term are written into the service agreement before you sign.
Frequently asked questions
Can we change tiers later?
Yes. Tiers can be adjusted at a renewal point or when your estate changes materially.
Does the fee include our cloud bill?
No. Your cloud provider bills you directly. Part of our job is helping that bill go down.
Do you require admin access?
We use least-privilege roles with logged access, agreed during onboarding.
Can you share uptime figures from current clients?
Gridwise is a newly launched practice and does not publish client statistics. Your monthly report will show measured results for your own estate.
Is this the same as the Modernization Program?
No. The Modernization Program is a project that changes the estate; this is the ongoing service that runs it afterwards.

What we need from you
- An executive sponsor and a named technical lead
- Read-only access to cloud accounts, billing exports and identity configuration
- An application and infrastructure inventory, even if partial
- Known compliance, data-residency or contractual requirements
- Agreed change windows for any work that touches production
How Gridwise works
Written scope before work starts. Every engagement begins with a written scope, deliverables list and fixed price or monthly fee. Nothing is billed outside that scope without your written approval.
Vendor-neutral advice. Gridwise does not take commissions from hardware, carrier, cloud or software vendors, so recommendations follow your requirements rather than a sales target.
You own the outputs. Designs, configurations, documentation and code produced for you are yours to keep and use with any provider.
Honest about where we are. Gridwise Technology is a newly launched practice. We do not publish testimonials, client logos or case studies, and we will not invent them. What we offer instead is a clear process, written acceptance criteria and documented results for your own environment.
What happens after you apply
Your application goes straight to the Gridwise team, not to a sales queue. Within one business day we reply by email with either a short list of clarifying questions or a proposal for a scoping conversation. If the engagement looks like a fit, we send a written scope that lists the work, the deliverables, the timeline, the fixed price or monthly fee, and the assumptions it depends on. Nothing starts and nothing is billed until you have reviewed and approved that document. If we are not the right partner for what you need, we will say so plainly and, where we can, point you toward a better option.
