Gridwise Cloud & Network Modernization Program
Our flagship infrastructure program: cloud migration, network redesign, resilience and disaster recovery, and cost optimization delivered as one coordinated program instead of four disconnected projects.
The problem this solves
Migration, network design, disaster recovery and cost control are usually bought separately, and they collide: the new cloud landing zone does not match the WAN, DR is bolted on later, and costs balloon after cutover. This program plans them together, so the network, cloud and recovery design support each other from day one.
Who it is for
- Organizations with a data-centre exit, hardware refresh or lease deadline
- Businesses whose cloud estate grew without architecture and now costs too much
- Leadership teams that need resilience and recovery objectives actually met
- Companies that completed the Cloud Strategy Sprint and are ready to execute
Not the right fit if
- You only need one workload moved
- You are looking for end-user managed IT or a security-only engagement
What is included — scope of work
Landing zone & foundations
Account/subscription structure, identity, networking, logging and guardrails on your chosen cloud.
Network redesign
WAN and site connectivity redesigned around the new cloud footprint, including private connectivity and segmentation.
Workload migration
Migration of the agreed workload set in waves, with testing and rollback for each.
Resilience & DR
Recovery objectives set per application, backup and replication configured, and a recovery test executed.
Cost optimization
Rightsizing, commitment planning, tagging and budgets applied from the first wave.
Operations readiness
Runbooks, monitoring and team training so the estate can be operated after handover.
Deliverables
- Program plan with migration waves
- Cloud landing zone and guardrails
- Network redesign documentation
- Migrated workloads with test sign-off
- DR plan and recovery test report
- Cost baseline and optimization report
- Runbooks, monitoring and training sessions

What the $35,000 covers
The program fee covers engineering and project management for a defined workload set, typically up to 25 servers or services and up to three sites. Cloud consumption, licences, hardware and carrier circuits are billed by those providers. Larger estates are scoped and quoted in writing before you commit; the Cloud Strategy & Platform Selection Sprint can be used to produce that scope.
Frequently asked questions
How long does it take?
Typically 10 to 16 weeks depending on workload count and change windows. The timeline is set in the program plan.
Which clouds do you support?
AWS, Azure and GCP, plus hybrid designs that keep some workloads on-premises.
Can it be paid in stages?
Yes. The program is invoiced by phase, as written in the agreement.
Do you have case studies?
Gridwise is a newly launched practice and does not publish case studies or client logos. Success criteria and acceptance tests for each wave are agreed in writing before work starts.
What happens after handover?
Your team runs the estate with our runbooks, or you move into Managed Cloud & Network Operations.

What we need from you
- An executive sponsor and a named technical lead
- Read-only access to cloud accounts, billing exports and identity configuration
- An application and infrastructure inventory, even if partial
- Known compliance, data-residency or contractual requirements
- Agreed change windows for any work that touches production
How Gridwise works
Written scope before work starts. Every engagement begins with a written scope, deliverables list and fixed price or monthly fee. Nothing is billed outside that scope without your written approval.
Vendor-neutral advice. Gridwise does not take commissions from hardware, carrier, cloud or software vendors, so recommendations follow your requirements rather than a sales target.
You own the outputs. Designs, configurations, documentation and code produced for you are yours to keep and use with any provider.
Honest about where we are. Gridwise Technology is a newly launched practice. We do not publish testimonials, client logos or case studies, and we will not invent them. What we offer instead is a clear process, written acceptance criteria and documented results for your own environment.
What happens after you apply
Your application goes straight to the Gridwise team, not to a sales queue. Within one business day we reply by email with either a short list of clarifying questions or a proposal for a scoping conversation. If the engagement looks like a fit, we send a written scope that lists the work, the deliverables, the timeline, the fixed price or monthly fee, and the assumptions it depends on. Nothing starts and nothing is billed until you have reviewed and approved that document. If we are not the right partner for what you need, we will say so plainly and, where we can, point you toward a better option.
