Data Network Services
Managed connectivity, monitoring and support across all of your sites — one accountable team watching circuits, switches, routers and wireless, and fixing issues before users file tickets.
The problem this solves
Networks degrade quietly: a flapping circuit, a full log partition, an expired certificate, a firmware bug. Without monitoring and an owner, these become outages. This service gives your network an owner with defined response targets and monthly reporting.
Who it is for
- Multi-site organizations without a dedicated network engineer
- IT teams that are stretched across help desk and infrastructure
- Businesses with several carriers and no single owner for circuit issues
- Organizations that recently completed a network project and want it operated properly
Not the right fit if
- You need end-user help desk support only
- You have a single small office with one internet line

What's covered by $4,500/mo
Coverage includes up to five sites and a defined device count agreed at onboarding, business-hours change management and monitored alerting. Hardware replacement, carrier charges and new projects are outside the monthly fee and quoted separately. Minimum term and exact response targets are stated in the service agreement before you sign. See all Network & Infrastructure Services.
Frequently asked questions
Is this 24/7?
Monitoring is continuous. Response targets for after-hours alerts are defined in the service agreement so there is no ambiguity about what happens at 2 a.m.
What if we have more than five sites?
Larger estates are quoted after the onboarding inventory; the price is fixed before you sign.
Do you replace our IT team?
No. We take ownership of the network layer and work alongside your IT or managed IT provider.
Can you show uptime statistics from other clients?
Gridwise is a newly launched practice and does not publish client statistics. Your own monthly reports will show measured availability for your network.
Is there a long contract?
Term length is set out in the agreement before signing. We would rather keep you through the quality of reporting than a long lock-in.

How Gridwise works
Written scope before work starts. Every engagement begins with a written scope, deliverables list and fixed price or monthly fee. Nothing is billed outside that scope without your written approval.
Vendor-neutral advice. Gridwise does not take commissions from hardware, carrier, cloud or software vendors, so recommendations follow your requirements rather than a sales target.
You own the outputs. Designs, configurations, documentation and code produced for you are yours to keep and use with any provider.
Honest about where we are. Gridwise Technology is a newly launched practice. We do not publish testimonials, client logos or case studies, and we will not invent them. What we offer instead is a clear process, written acceptance criteria and documented results for your own environment.
What happens after you apply
Your application goes straight to the Gridwise team, not to a sales queue. Within one business day we reply by email with either a short list of clarifying questions or a proposal for a scoping conversation. If the engagement looks like a fit, we send a written scope that lists the work, the deliverables, the timeline, the fixed price or monthly fee, and the assumptions it depends on. Nothing starts and nothing is billed until you have reviewed and approved that document. If we are not the right partner for what you need, we will say so plainly and, where we can, point you toward a better option.
