The problem this solves

Without a roadmap, AI spending fragments across tools and teams, and nothing reaches production. This engagement creates one plan, tying use cases to measurable business outcomes, sequencing them by feasibility, and putting governance in place before anything sensitive is automated.

The roadmap is written for decision-makers, not technologists. Each use case is described in terms of the business process it changes, the people affected, the data it depends on, the risks involved and a realistic effort and cost range. That lets leadership approve, defer or reject items with full context, and gives the delivery team a clear brief when the work begins. It also includes the governance steps that need to be in place before each item can move forward safely.

Who it is for

  • Leadership teams that need an AI plan they can defend to a board or owners
  • Organizations with several AI experiments and no coordination
  • Businesses that need to set AI policy and governance before scaling
  • Teams that finished the AI Readiness Assessment and want a full plan

Not the right fit if

  • You need one agent built now (see the AI Agent Buildout Sprint)
  • You are looking for general AI training only

Frequently asked questions

Will you recommend a specific AI vendor?

Only where it fits. Recommendations are vendor-neutral and explained.

Does this include building anything?

No. This is strategy and planning. Builds are separate engagements.

How much leadership time is needed?

Typically a kickoff, the workshops and the final readout.

Can I see a past roadmap?

Gridwise is a newly launched practice and does not publish client work. We can show you the deliverable outline before you commit.

What if we already took the readiness assessment?

Its findings feed directly into this roadmap so nothing is repeated.

What we need from you

  • An executive sponsor and the owners of the processes in scope
  • Examples of the real work or documents the AI will handle
  • Your current AI tool usage, approved or not
  • Security, privacy and data-handling requirements
  • Time from process owners to review outputs before go-live

How Gridwise works

Written scope before work starts. Every engagement begins with a written scope, deliverables list and fixed price or monthly fee. Nothing is billed outside that scope without your written approval.

Vendor-neutral advice. Gridwise does not take commissions from hardware, carrier, cloud or software vendors, so recommendations follow your requirements rather than a sales target.

You own the outputs. Designs, configurations, documentation and code produced for you are yours to keep and use with any provider.

Honest about where we are. Gridwise Technology is a newly launched practice. We do not publish testimonials, client logos or case studies, and we will not invent them. What we offer instead is a clear process, written acceptance criteria and documented results for your own environment.

What happens after you apply

Your application goes straight to the Gridwise team, not to a sales queue. Within one business day we reply by email with either a short list of clarifying questions or a proposal for a scoping conversation. If the engagement looks like a fit, we send a written scope that lists the work, the deliverables, the timeline, the fixed price or monthly fee, and the assumptions it depends on. Nothing starts and nothing is billed until you have reviewed and approved that document. If we are not the right partner for what you need, we will say so plainly and, where we can, point you toward a better option.
