The problem this solves

AI systems drift: models change, prompts degrade, costs creep and new use cases pile up. Without an owner, the value of the original build erodes. Managed AI Operations gives your AI estate a responsible team on a monthly plan sized to how much you run.

Who it is for

  • Organizations with AI agents or assistants in production that need an owner
  • Teams that finished an Agentflow buildout and want it maintained
  • Businesses that need AI governance and roadmap ownership without a full-time hire
  • Leaders who want a monthly view of AI usage, cost and accuracy

Not the right fit if

  • You have nothing in production yet (start with the AI Readiness Assessment)
  • You need a full-time, on-site executive

Inventory of AI systems, access and baseline.
  2. Monitor

    Dashboards and alerts live.
  3. Improve

Tuning, updates and new agents by tier.
  4. Lead

Roadmap and governance at the top floor.

Choosing a floor

The floor is chosen at onboarding based on how many AI systems you run and how much change you expect. Model usage and platform fees are billed by the providers. You can move between floors at the start of any billing month.

Frequently asked questions

What does fractional CAIO mean?

At Floor 04 a senior Gridwise lead acts as your part-time Chief AI Officer: owning roadmap, governance and vendors without a full-time hire.

Can you manage agents someone else built?

Yes, after an onboarding review of how they work.

Is there a long contract?

Plans are monthly. Terms are stated in the agreement before you sign.

Do you publish client results?

Gridwise is a newly launched practice and does not publish client statistics or testimonials. Your monthly report shows measured results for your own systems.

Which floor should I start on?

Most teams with one or two agents start on Floor 02 and move up as they add use cases.

What we need from you

  • An executive sponsor and the owners of the processes in scope
  • Examples of the real work or documents the AI will handle
  • Your current AI tool usage, approved or not
  • Security, privacy and data-handling requirements
  • Time from process owners to review outputs before go-live

How Gridwise works

Written scope before work starts. Every engagement begins with a written scope, deliverables list and fixed price or monthly fee. Nothing is billed outside that scope without your written approval.

Vendor-neutral advice. Gridwise does not take commissions from hardware, carrier, cloud or software vendors, so recommendations follow your requirements rather than a sales target.

You own the outputs. Designs, configurations, documentation and code produced for you are yours to keep and use with any provider.

Honest about where we are. Gridwise Technology is a newly launched practice. We do not publish testimonials, client logos or case studies, and we will not invent them. What we offer instead is a clear process, written acceptance criteria and documented results for your own environment.

What happens after you apply

Your application goes straight to the Gridwise team, not to a sales queue. Within one business day we reply by email with either a short list of clarifying questions or a proposal for a scoping conversation. If the engagement looks like a fit, we send a written scope that lists the work, the deliverables, the timeline, the fixed price or monthly fee, and the assumptions it depends on. Nothing starts and nothing is billed until you have reviewed and approved that document. If we are not the right partner for what you need, we will say so plainly and, where we can, point you toward a better option.
