Which platforms do you use?
We build on the modern data stack that fits your environment — typically Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks or Microsoft Fabric with dbt and Power BI, Looker or Tableau. Licences are yours, billed by the vendor.
Do we need a data team?
Not to start. The platform is handed over documented and testable; one analyst can extend it. We can also run it under a retainer.
Is machine learning always included?
Only where your data supports a model that would change a decision. If it does not, we say so and the scope shifts to reporting and data quality.
How is the fee paid?
Fixed fee, invoiced 40% at kickoff, 30% at build acceptance and 30% at handover.
